Your Responsibilities
As a member of our delivery team, your primary focus will be ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages and documents to designated addresses in and around New Orleans, LA.
- Ensure all items are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner.
- Interact professionally and positively with customers, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle before and after each shift to ensure it is clean and in good working order.
- Accurately log delivery times, mileage, and any incidents using our mobile app.
- Secure packages properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or serious traffic violations).
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to a company vehicle.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking.
- A friendly, customer-oriented attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
