Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and safely transport packages to designated addresses in the Minneapolis metro area.
- Utilize our remote dispatch software and GPS to optimize daily routes and ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, including friendly and professional communication.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of the assigned delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and process returns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Proficiency with smartphone technology for GPS navigation and dispatch apps.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Basic English reading and verbal communication skills for customer interaction.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
