Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Milwaukee
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Handle cash transactions and maintain secure payment processing
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee neighborhoods and street navigation
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for route communication
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
