Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently navigate the Miami area to deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery addresses and contact customers via the app or phone to confirm receipt.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to maintain a clean driving record.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service interactions at every stop.
- Utilize the mobile application for real-time route optimization and order status updates.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug screening.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle (if not utilizing our fleet) with valid insurance and registration.
- Proficiency with smartphone technology (iOS or Android) for navigation and app usage.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
