Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective service
- Communicate delivery status and delays through our mobile app
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with package sorting and loading at the distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (or access to one) with valid insurance
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
