Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to designated addresses in the Los Angeles area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and delivery protocols to ensure timely arrivals.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and perform routine pre-trip inspections.
- Utilize company apps to track routes, manage schedules, and update delivery status.
- Collect and process payments or proof of delivery signatures as required.
- Report any vehicle issues or delivery exceptions immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Proficiency with smartphone applications and GPS navigation.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
