Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Ensure the correct delivery of items by checking orders against the delivery manifest.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and handling package returns.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and personal appearance.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old (age requirement varies by state).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable vehicle suitable for delivery work.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and GPS navigation apps.
