Responsibilities
- Safe & Efficient Delivery: Transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Interaction: Deliver friendly and professional service to every customer, ensuring package handling is respectful.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Accuracy: Verify delivery information, obtain signatures, and document any delivery exceptions.
- Load Management: Safely load and unload cargo, including packages that may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License: A current, valid driver’s license (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Reliable Vehicle: Access to a reliable personal vehicle (if applicable) or willingness to drive company vehicle.
- Smartphone: A reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and app-based reporting.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
