Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial clients in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Load and unload packages efficiently using hand trucks or dollies as needed.
- Navigate accurately using a smartphone GPS app to ensure timely arrivals.
- Interact with customers in a polite and courteous manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle before and after shifts to ensure it is clean and in good working order.
- Scan packages and log delivery confirmations directly through the mobile application.
- Resolve minor delivery issues and report any vehicle maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class E Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (sedan or van) suitable for delivery.
- Strong navigation skills and basic smartphone proficiency.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality.
