Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated addresses in the Los Angeles area in a timely manner.
- Ensure the safe and secure handling of all deliveries, checking for damage upon arrival.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and communicating effectively with customers.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle regularly to ensure it is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
- Accurately record delivery information and receipts using the company mobile application.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a secure driving record.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery work.
- A smartphone with data connectivity (Android or iOS) for navigation and app use.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic English proficiency for reading maps and communicating with customers.
