Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Utilize our mobile app to track orders, manage stops, and stay connected with dispatch.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after shifts to ensure safety and maintain cleanliness.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collect payments or obtain signatures where required for COD deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle (or ability to use company vehicle).
- Smartphone with data plan for navigation and app usage.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency for communication.
- Must be 18 years or older.
