Your Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering packages safely and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the assigned route.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures upon completion.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Handle customer inquiries courteously and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old (depending on cargo type).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners or GPS navigation.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle or willingness to use a company vehicle.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
