Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Collect payment or obtain signatures for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Update delivery status in the company tracking system in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan for navigation and order management.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
