Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle with care and efficiency.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure packages are in excellent condition.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to track progress and update customer statuses.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle special delivery instructions.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Current auto insurance and vehicle registration.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles area and traffic patterns.
- Proficiency with smartphone technology for navigation and apps.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused attitude.
