Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated addresses in Illinois and Ohio.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring inventory accuracy and handling fragile items with care.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic signatures upon completion of each route.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to plan efficient routes.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and electronic logging.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
