Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout the Cleveland area with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally and handling packages with care.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any maintenance issues.
- Utilize GPS technology to plan the most efficient delivery routes and navigate traffic.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and paperwork for all assigned deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and using delivery management apps.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs and walking to doorsteps.
- Reliable vehicle (if using your own) or willingness to utilize company fleet vehicles.
