Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Verify package details and obtain customer signatures upon delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery records through our mobile app system
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team and customers
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 21 years of age with reliable transportation to depot
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for mobile app navigation and communication
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Tampa Bay area geography
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
