Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and maximize fuel efficiency
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Smartphone proficiency for route tracking and communication
- Reliable transportation to/from Virginia Beach distribution center
- Pass background check and drug screening
