Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app to dispatch team
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at warehouse facilities
- Represent Express Logistics with professionalism and customer service excellence
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid auto insurance (commercial coverage not required)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
