Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food and packages to customers across Minneapolis
- Maintain excellent customer service through friendly interactions and order accuracy
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery windows and optimize routes
- Track deliveries using our proprietary mobile app and update order status
- Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with restaurant partners to ensure order quality and pickup efficiency
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis streets and neighborhoods
