Responsibilities
- Safely transport food orders and packages to customers within designated Long Beach zones
- Maintain accurate delivery tracking through our mobile app for real-time updates
- Verify order details and customer information before each drop-off
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly communication and problem-solving
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform basic safety checks before shifts
- Report delivery issues and customer feedback promptly to dispatch team
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Long Beach neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Basic math skills for cash handling and tip management
