Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food and goods to customers using personal vehicle or company-provided scooter
- Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude during all customer interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrival
- Handle cashless payments and verify order accuracy upon delivery
- Communicate delivery status updates to customers and restaurant partners
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating delivery vehicles
- Complete daily vehicle inspection and maintenance reporting
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use company scooter/bike
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong sense of direction and familiarity with New Orleans neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, customer-focused communication style
- Availability to work 15-25 hours/week with flexible daytime shifts
