Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Dallas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide courteous, professional interactions with recipients at every stop
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the distribution center
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle (car, van, or SUV) with valid insurance
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for route navigation and delivery tracking
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (20-30 hours/week)
- Basic knowledge of Dallas metro area geography preferred
