Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our GPS-enabled mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness
- Follow traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team
- Assist with loading/unloading packages when necessary
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app navigation
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and in various weather conditions
- Pass background and drug screening
