Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and unload packages safely and efficiently.
- Deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses within the Austin metro area.
- Verify signatures and ensure proper delivery protocols are followed.
- Obey all traffic laws and maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Manage time effectively to ensure on-time deliveries and maximize earning potential.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iOS) for route management.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must reside within a reasonable commute of our Austin hub.
