Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, retail, and e-commerce packages to customers across Austin
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Assist with loading/unloading packages with proper handling techniques
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Austin streets and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
