Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses in the Charlotte area.
- Interact professionally and positively with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Accurately handle paperwork, including delivery logs and receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Utilize mobile technology to update delivery status and communicate with dispatch.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and logging.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
