Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail goods to customers across Los Angeles
- Maintain excellent customer service through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and minimize delays
- Verify order accuracy and handle payment transactions securely
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness, organization, and brand representation
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and update delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations within 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation apps
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
