Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food orders to residential/commercial addresses across Charlotte
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Verify order accuracy and maintain pristine vehicle condition
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Document delivery confirmations and resolve route issues proactively
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean MVR
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation apps
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability during weekday daytime hours
- Strong time management and orientation skills
- Pass background/drug screening requirements
- Reliable personal transportation to depot
