Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain clean, organized vehicle and adhere to all safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Accurately process payments and manage cash transactions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status
- Assist with loading/unloading of orders at partner locations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs consistently
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Smartphone with GPS capability
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
