Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and documents to residential/commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and timeliness
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid US driver's license
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone navigation proficiency
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently in all weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
