Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers throughout Phoenix
- Provide outstanding customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery documentation
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and timeliness
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle (car, scooter, or motorcycle acceptable)
- Smartphone with GPS and data capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs comfortably
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
