Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic functionality
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team
- Assist with loading/unloading of packages at warehouse
- Resolve minor delivery-related customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Memphis metropolitan area
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
- Pass background check and drug screening
