Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food orders to customers across San Francisco using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle payments when required
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address delivery concerns
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for timely deliveries
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for weekday shifts (3-6 hours/day)
- Knowledge of San Francisco neighborhoods preferred
