Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers within designated Philadelphia zones
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Maintain professional appearance and provide friendly, courteous customer interactions during deliveries
- Verify order accuracy and handle payment transactions securely when required
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and update delivery status in real-time
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and food safety protocols during operations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and order management apps
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
