Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate delivery of food, packages, and retail items to customers across Miami-Dade County
- Maintain pristine vehicle condition through daily inspections and basic maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using our proprietary navigation system for maximum efficiency
- Securely handle cashless payments and verify order details upon delivery
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Document delivery exceptions and customer feedback in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and order management apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic familiarity with Miami neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Reliable transportation to/from shift locations
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts (15-25 hrs/week)
