Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and documents to customers throughout New Orleans
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status to dispatch and customers via app
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures at pickup locations
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year delivery or driving experience
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
