Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or goods to customers within specified timeframes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Utilize GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery routes and minimize delays
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills with punctuality as a core value
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and team coordination
- Reliable vehicle or access to a well-maintained vehicle (if using personal vehicle)
