Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Wichita
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles before/during shifts and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols rigorously
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Assist with warehouse duties when not actively delivering
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
