Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential/commercial addresses within designated zones
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app to dispatch team
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse facility
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 18 years old with reliable vehicle access (or ability to use company vehicle)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs/elevated areas
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and app-based communication
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent customer service attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work evenings/weekends as needed
