Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout the Atlanta metro area.
- Verify delivery contents and obtain digital signatures upon completion of each route.
- Utilize handheld devices to navigate routes and track delivery status in real-time.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including handling special delivery requests courteously.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Report any vehicle issues or delivery exceptions immediately to the dispatch team.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must possess a reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration.
- Proficiency with smartphone applications and GPS navigation systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
