Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Boston and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to operate a smartphone for navigation and tracking apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to and from designated depot
- Must pass background check and drug screening
