Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Omaha
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures as required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app to ensure transparency
- Assist with warehouse operations including sorting, scanning, and loading packages
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely in urban and suburban environments
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery windows
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
- Must be 18+ years old and pass background/driving record checks
