Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages using personal vehicle or company-provided vehicle
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery
- Perform vehicle safety checks and maintenance reporting
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (or ability to use company vehicle)
- Smartphone with data plan for route navigation and communication
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
