Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food orders to customers across Austin using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Verify order details and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to communicate delivery status and delays
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly

- Reliable smartphone with data access for delivery apps
- Ability to work independently while following company protocols
