Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and other goods to customers across Austin using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company delivery protocols
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries using GPS navigation systems
- Communicate delivery status updates and issues to the dispatch team
- Assist with basic warehouse duties when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
