Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Kansas City using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time GPS tracking for route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, resolving inquiries professionally
- Inspect vehicles before/after shifts to ensure safe operating conditions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for seamless order fulfillment and route adjustments
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse duties when needed (inventory, sorting, packaging)
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use company vehicle
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order verification
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
