Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail orders to customers within Jacksonville metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via app
- Verify order accuracy and handle customer inquiries with professionalism
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and cleanliness
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Reliable personal vehicle OR willingness to use company vehicle
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
