Responsibilities
- Safely transport food, retail packages, and medical supplies across Detroit
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Verify order accuracy and maintain professional customer interactions
- Track inventory and report delivery issues or vehicle maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Operate company-provided vehicles (cars, vans, or bikes) with care
- Process payments and digital orders through our mobile app
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year delivery or driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Basic navigation skills and knowledge of Detroit neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned depot
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Background check and drug screening required
