- Safely and timely delivery of packages and food orders to customers across Los Angeles
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicle and perform basic safety checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Efficiently navigate using GPS technology while adhering to traffic laws
- Accurately process payments and manage delivery documentation
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team
- Represent ExpressRoute Logistics with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Smartphone with GPS capabilities and data plan
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
